You have 14 days from receipt of the shipment to withdraw from the contract and return the product.
To do this, simply send an email to couturedraco@gmail.com informing us of your wish to return (or use the form below).

Why didn't I receive confirmation after placing my order?
Confirmations are sent via email
If you have not received any confirmation after placing your order, it means that the email address was entered incorrectly or is missing.
In this case, please do not worry, the order will be delivered to the specified address but you will not receive an email about it.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the option you choose when ordering. Standard shipping is the cheapest, but we also offer faster options for an additional fee.
How long does delivery take?
Draco Couture parcels take 5 to 14 days to ship, but typically arrive sooner. This is the cheapest shipping option.
How can I choose the correct size?
Sizes are provided in the product descriptions, but if they are not provided, please write to us and send us the information and we will choose the perfect size for you.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be undamaged and complete.
How to place an order?
Select a product, add it to your cart, fill out your details, and choose a payment method. After paying, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
You can only change your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.
